Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 3 days old | 16 lbs
I have a boxer puppy 3 Mo and has developed what looks like acne on his lips and genitals. This started about a week ago and is progressing. Not sure if I should take him in or if it’s jist his hormones

I accidentally posted that answer before I was done. Puppy strangles is a rare condition where the body seems to attack its own skin. Your veterinarian will likely do skin tests to rule out more common causes of skin disease first (mites and ringworm for example). The sooner he is diagnosed, he can begin treatment if necessary. I hope this information helps!

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Zeus. What a cute little guy! I would recommend that he sees his veterinarian. There is a condition known as puppy strangles that can begin by bumps forming on the muzzle.
