My puppy's kneecaps pop out. Can they get stronger naturally?

Pet's info: Dog | English Bulldog | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 22 days old | 18 lbs

Can a Puppy grow into their rear kneecaps if popping in/out of place? What can I give for Joints to help make them strong?

Yes some dogs can develop thigh muscles that help the knee caps stay in place. I recommend slow controlled leash walks with a lot of hills. This can get worse with excessive jumping and rough housing. Some dogs have this their entire life and are fine, others are very lame and need surgery when they are adults.
