My dog finished parasite meds but is still puking. Is it the parasite?

my dog keeps puking and i recently went to the vet and he got meds for a parasite and is now done with the meds but he is puking. Could it be he still has the parasite? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 10 months and 2 days old | 18 lbs

I would not expect a dog to continue to vomit after it has finished medication for a parasite, so I would recommend contacting your veterinarian to let them know that Oreo is still vomiting and see what they would recommend next for him.
