my dog shitzu has a bump on top of his neck that is bald, is it a bite or something I should get checked out? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 4 months old | 30 lbs

This looks like a mass not a bite. I recommend an exam. They can feel it and if it’s a mass can aspirate some cells to see if it’s benign or malignant. It may also be a sebaceous cyst.
