My dog hit a heater, seems okay, but won't roll over. Is he in pain?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 6 years and 2 months old | 11 lbs

My 11 lb 6 yo chihuahua mix jumped off the couch a while ago and collided with a floor heater. He cried for a while so I checked him for anything broken. He seemed fine. He jumped up on the bed and walked on his hind legs all fine. Now he won't roll over. That's usually his favorite trick.

If the collision was not too violent, it is unlikely that he will have any problem at all. If he is able to walk without any lameness, it is probably just a soft tissue injury that will probably settle in the next 24 hours. I would just monitor him and be patient about his trick as he may be in slight discomfort at the moment.
