Pet's info: Cat | Bengal | Female | spayed | 7.2 lbs
My bengal cat has diarrhea and gas. Is there a GI food (wet or dry) I should try? I took her to the vet over the weekend because she wasn't eating. They gave her fluids and an anti nausea pill, she's eating but won't eat Tiki Cat anymore, now she'll only eat canned tuna or the gross brown mush like Healthy Gourmet/Friskies.

You should try a gastrointestinal prescription food such as GI royal canin for example, alternatively you can feed her boiled chicken and rice for 3-4 days, once the diarrhea gets better you can gradually put her back on her normal food.
