My puppy threw up solid white vomit and jerked. Is she okay?

my puppy has thrown up twice yesterday, first was regular liquid second what is an alarming solid white poop like vomit that made her whole body jerk for 10 seconds before it actually came out she’s fine today but I’m afraid she’ll throw up again. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 2 years and 2 months old | 10 lbs

It sounds like Princess may have eaten something naughty (trash, toilet paper, paper plate, sock, toy stuffing, other) that decided to come back up. The fact that she has shown no signs today is promising. If she has eaten and kept it down, you are likely in the clear. Caveat: Do watch her closely for the next 2-3 days because if a smaller piece of whatever it was did get through and gets lodged in the intestine, you'll see lots more vomiting, loss of appetite, lethargy, etc. If this happens, it's time to see the vet.
