My neighbor's dog bit someone. Should I report it or talk to them?

My sister was bite by a neighbor kids little dog. It bite her arm due to them playing. I have two dogs at home and they don’t act like that. What should we do? Talk to the kids mom? My sisters friend said she was bite a few times by this dog. I am very disgusted why this dog was with this kid if it’s aggressive

Yes talk to the kids Mom. Also you are supposed to report dog bites to Animal Control so they can check to make sure the dog has been vaccinated for rabies. Rabies is a fatal disease and all dogs legally need to be vaccinated. You are correct to do something to stop this dog from being around children.
