Why is my 6-month-old puppy throwing up and not eating or drinking?

My 6 month old beagle mix has been puking. It started 3-18-2018 and I thought she was better yesterday cuz she ate some rice with chicken and kept it down, today she puked again and hasn't ate or drank. She drank 1 time on Mon

Poor Maggie! It's concerning that she has been vomiting for couple of days now, and hasn't eaten or drank today. Due to this, it's best that she sees a vet today. Whenever a dog has been vomiting for longer than 24 hours, a vet visit is always recommended. She could be suffering from a severe GI illness, parvovirus if she isn't fully vaccinated, could have a foreign body, may have eaten something rotten, or could have pancreatitis. I would take her into a vet immediately to have the cause of her vomiting diagnosed so she can be treated. Good luck!

Poor Maggie! Shivering and vomiting are both very non-specific signs of illness that could be due to almost anything, so it's hard to say what might be wrong without being able to examine her and run some tests. Since she has been sick for 3-4 days now and the problem has not resolved, I would recommend taking her to the vet today for an exam. He/she can do blood work, x-rays, or other testing if needed to help diagnose the problem and see what kind of treatment is needed.

My dog has been vomiting and not eating for the past 24 hours. What could be wrong with her?
It could be Chloe has a severe stomach illness, may have eaten something rotten,could have a foreign body, or pancreatitis. It's very concerning that she has been vomiting and not eating for the past 24 hours. I'd have her seen by a vet now to have this diagnosed and treated. I hope this helps!

My dog is about nine months old. She has diarrhea, she does not eat any of her dog foods, and she threw up a couple of days ago. Should I be concerned?
Dogs with vomiting and diarrhea that are not improving within 24 hours should be seen by a veterinarian. Intestinal foreign body, intestinal parasites, and parvovirus are among the common causes in young dogs. I would encourage you to have her evaluated by your veterinarian as soon as possible. i have a 8 month lab started throwing up this morning and now wont eat or drink
Poor pup! Labs are notorious for eating things they should not, and she could have a foreign body causing her symptoms. It could also be she has a GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, or could have pancreatitis. Since she is not eating or drinking as well as vomiting, I would take her into a vet now. My puppy isnt active as usual she doesnt eat she had vomiting so what should i do?
I would have Chloe seen by a vet. I'm not sure if she is vaccinated or not, but if she isn't, her vomiting could be due to parvovirus. This is an often fatal infection of young unvaccinated puppies of which there is no cure. Her vomiting and anorexia could also be due to GI illness, eating something rotten, or a foreign body. I would take Chloe into a vet immediately to diagnose what is causing her symptoms so she can be treated.

My dog has been throwing up once a day for the past 4 days and I don’t know why? Today’s 5/20 was all liquid and no solid and I don’t know why.

My 5 month old pittbull has been throwing up for 3 days, he has dropped a lot of weight and he won't eat,what is wrong with him
Gunner sounds very ill and he needs to see a vet right away. When a dog has been vomiting for more than 24 hours, that requires a trip to a vet. He could have a foreign body, pancreatitis, or may have eaten something rotten. The vet can diagnose what is causing him to vomiting, he will need IV fluids for hydration, and can prescribe any other treatment the vet deems necessary. Please take Gunner into a vet now.

My female dog babygirl throwing up yelleow and she hasn't eaten in 2 days
Poor Babygirl! I see that she isn't spayed. One of the causes of her symptoms could be a pyometra, which is an infection of the uterus. This is fatal without treatment. It could also be she has a GI illness, may have eaten something rotten, could have a foreign body, or pancreatitis. Because she hasn't eaten in two days, is vomiting, and I can't rule out a pyometra without seeing her in person, I would take her into a vet immediately. Best of luck.

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! Poor Bagel (GREAT name for a beagle!)! Since he is just 6 weeks old it is best to have a Vet take a look at him. When they are this young I worry about dehydration and low blood sugar. They can also deteriorate quickly. Causes of vomiting are: viral infections like parvovirus, intestinal parasites, dietary indiscretion (ate something gross), foreign body (something is stuck), food allergy or sensitivity. Your Vet may want you to bring a stool sample so they can check it for parasites, they may want to test for parvovirus and take X-rays of his belly. Hi my dog isn’t eating and is throwing up and shaking I’m concerned what should I do
I hate to hear that Pantufla is not feeling well! Just like humans, there are many many causes of vomiting and some of the causes can be very serious. Any pet vomiting beyond 24 hours should be examined by the veterinarian. Any pet who is vomiting more than twice in a day or not holding down water also needs to be examined by the veterinarian. I am concerned that the shaking you are seeing indicates abdominal pain which is very worrisome for an intestinal blockage or pancreatitis. I recommend to have Pantufla examined today.
