My dog's skin changed color after hair loss treatment. Is he better?

Pet's info: Dog | Belgian Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 6 years and 4 months old | 50 lbs

This here is ziggy he started loosing a bit of hair then it went really bad. Vet came gave me a liquid medicine to put with his dry food thats a natural mix for dog skin thats what he said plus injections for skin diseases. The treatment kept going for 2 months. His skin went from dark to white I don't know if that means he's getting better and I don't know what to do I need help what should I do?

This looks like it could be mange (especially if it’s very itchy). Selamectin ot ivermectin can be used for this. Talk to your vet about what products are available and the proper dose. It could also be an alopecia (hair loss) of unknown cause. It could be an auto immune disease or other things as well. Best of luck to you and Ziggy!
