My dog's pee is dark yellow with bits. Is this normal or a problem?

I may be overthinking but I am wondering if Bella has a urine issue? She doesn't appear to strain or be in pain. Produces a fair amount each time. had an accident on bed which isn't normal (had been 9.5 hours since out last tho so maybe she held it to sleep in). Three small spots in different areas. Appeared darker yellow and almost looked like there were few bits of something in it. got a sample an hour later and it is dark but didn't see anything in it this time. Is this normal color?

There is a large variation in normal urine color, so we can't use that as a gauge to determine if anything medical is going on. We need to examine the urine microscopically to determine if there are any white blood cells, red blood cells, crystals or bacteria that may be abnormal in the urine. Unfortunately, we can't tell that by just looking at the urine. If Belle has urinated small spots 3 times, then I would recommend having your veterinarian examine a urine sample on her just to make sure everything is normal. Good luck! I hope that was helpful.
