My dog's eye is red and inflamed. What's this white spot?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 3 years old | 50 lbs

Dog sclera has been red and it’s blood vessels inflamed for some time and now suddenly a white “dot like” cloud appeared in eye some days ago.

This could be an area where a corneal ulcer has formed, a scar, or a cholesterol deposit. Since the eye has been inflamed I strongly recommend to have your vet take a look at it asap. They will be able to tell you the cause of the white spot and inflammation and get him started on the proper meds if needed. I hope this helps!
