I’ve noticed that when Snowball is on my bed she will obsessively lick her paws. Any ideas on what this is? She only ever does this on my bed not anywhere else. We keep her groomed because she likes to pull her fur when it gets too long but that isn’t what this is.

Sometimes this type of behavior can be a soothing/comforting behavior. Pets will do this when they are in a very comfortable place. To be safe, examine her paws frequently. Look around the nail base, and in between the toes and the pads. If you see any redness, scabbing or brown or yellow discharge, this generally indicates an infection and she should be checked by her veterinarian. I hope you found this helpful and please feel free to post any additional questions.
