My dog is in pain and can't walk because her feet looks like swollen and also her upper part of her nose has something on it. I gave her paracetamol last night because i thought she has a fever. And also he's not comfortable on her anus

Please do not give your dog paracetamol, as it can cause serious liver damage to your dog. Please take Jedjed to your veterinarian. His signs are too general to be able to determine what may be wrong and therefore he will need a hands-on exam by a veterinarian.
