My female is black lab and little pitbull mix shes pregnant and 57 days. She has white kinda thick mucus coming out her vulva. It been doing this for 3 days now but a little more mucus today. Her vulva is really swollen. Her ears are a little less like warm but not cold. Theres time she acts a little weird. She looks at her behind through out the day.

This is likely the dissolution of the mucus plug. She will give birth within the next week and should start lactating soon. If the discharge looks like pus or has a bad smell. you need to take her to your veterinarian right away for an exam. Your vet can also take an x-ray and tell you how many puppies to expect so you know when she is done giving birth.
