What human eye drops can I use for my kitten's swollen eyes?

Pet's info: Cat | Himalayan | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 8 months old

Two kittens of her has swallen eyes. One kitten has both eyes swallen but open, the other has one and is closed still ( 3.5 weeks old ) . I read opticlox ointment could be used however no vet is nearby . What can I use to substitute that from the human drug store ?

That is likely to be due to severe conjunctivitis, probably secondary to an infection (please post a picture to receive a more specific answer from us). A check up would be ideally needed as appropriate treatment would include antibiotics. You can use 0.5% chloramphenicol (human eye drops). Corneal injuries must be ruled out as well.
