My dog has a cough and runny nose. When should I see a vet?

My dog started coughing after I gave him a bath ,he also has a runny nose I am assuming he has a cold ,he is eating and drinking normally what can I do for the cough and runny nose. Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Male | neutered | 50 lbs
