Why does my German Shepherd get skin infections, but strays don't?

I have this in only mind for so long and no one has ever give me the right answer question is why stray dogs don't need any medicine and they even don't get any skin infection or anything and if by chance they get any skin infection it gets cure itself why so why my GSD always prone to skin infection and other and need medicine to cure that why my German shepherd can't be like stray dogs So that no medication required if anything occurs also

I'm not sure why you think stray dogs don't get skin infections, and if they do, it cures itself. That's not true. I have seen numerous stray dogs with horrendous skin problems, and some have had to be put to sleep due to the severity of the infection. Others needed to be treated to have it cleared up. Now some breeds of dogs are more prone to certain health conditions such as skin infections caused by allergies, and unfortunately GSDs are one of those breeds. I hope this helps.
