My spayed dog is peeing, vomiting, and has a weird eye. Connected?

My dog was recently spayed. (About a month ago). Since then, she is urinating very frequently, just vomited, and her eye looked weird. Anything connected? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 11 months and 7 days old | 75 lbs

Poor Kimber! The vomiting and eye issue are not likely related to the spay. Sometimes dogs can get inflammation in the bladder from the spay operation and this can lead to a UTI. The signs generally start within a day or so from the procedure. Since Kimber has multiple health issues I recommend to have her seen by the veterinarian. Make sure to get her urine tested for any signs of infection or crystals. Since she threw up, you may consider switching her to a bland diet of 25% boiled white meat chicken and 75% plain boiled white rice. Do not feed her anything else. I Hope she starts feeling better quickly!
