Why is my dog acting strange, yelping, and can't jump or bend?

My 7 month pitbull is acting strange he won't bend down to drink his own water. He hasn't been sleeping good. Last night he woke up 3 different times yelping back awake (that was a few hours apart). He doesn't seem excited. Nor can he jump on the bed anymore. What should I do. Do you know what might be wrong with him. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 6 days old | 42 lbs
