Pregnant dog leaking fluid for hours, no puppies. Is it miscarriage?

My dog passes a lot of fluid around 2:30 pm now 3:30am and no puppies. What is wrong? Help!! Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 2 months old | 90 lbs

This may be a sign of miscarriage. If no puppies are seen in the next 1 hour an immediate check up would be required. Immediate check up would be needed as well if the fluid she is passing is very cloudy or green or bloody.
