Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 18 years and 4 months old | 4.2 lbs
My cat has been excessively licking the inside of her mouth since last august. She has been eating a lot less and seems to struggle with it too.She is progressively losing weight and is not ganin We don't have a Vet for her right now because we moved a year ago and we are having a hard time finding one that fits the needs of all of our pets. I don't know what to do I know that it could just be age but I am worried that there is something more to it. She lost her brother about 4 months ago .

I'd be concerned that Nina has a dental problem causing her issues. That would cause her to eat less due to pain, and subsequently lose weight. She really does need to see a vet for this problem, and I would find one to take her into first thing Monday. Best of luck.
