My dog won't drink water and is constipated. What should I do?

My dog hasn’t been drinking water so i put water in his food, he ate it however he still hasn’t pooped since yesterday is this unusual what should i do? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 11 days old

It's good that Milo ate the food with water in it. It may be he's dehydrated leading him to not poop. Continue to add water to his food, and hopefully he will poop today. If he has not by tomorrow morning, then I would take him into the vet to get checked out. Best of luck.
