My chihuahua fell and hit her head. What signs of injury to watch for?

I don't know how to do follow ups but when I recieved my answer earlier they asked for photos. So sorry I'm doing this again, just showing pics this time. In short:my old chi fell of the bed and I'm certain she hit her head(approx 13hrs ago I think) she still hasn't shown any symptoms. Has eaten and peed, etc all fine. Only off thing is when she first hit her head earlier she paced a lot. But hasn't again. PS. She has cataracts for awhile. The fog is not new. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | 4 lbs

If Eriko isn't showing any other signs since her fall 13 hours ago, I would just continue to monitor her. She may have been pacing because she was in pain. Continue to keep an eye on her, and if she develops any concerning signs or starts pacing again, have her seen by a vet. Best of luck.
