My 8 month cane corsa has been vomiting since yesterday. Won’t eat anything and has only just drank water which came out as diarrhoea almost immediately. Pet's info: Dog | Cane Corso | Female | spayed | 8 months and 27 days old

Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. It sounds like Karma needs to be seen by a vet right away. She will need IV fluids most likely given what you have told us, and also bloodwork and x-rays are recommended. I hope Karma feels better soon!
