Why does my puppy have red dots on his stomach? Is it serious?

My 9 week old Great Dane puppy has a small red dots on his stomach. They don’t seem to bother him but I would prefer to prevent anything serious! Let me know if this is very serious or isn’t! Thank you!! Pet's info: Dog | Great Dane | Male | unneutered | 1 year old | 15 lbs
