My new albino leopard gecko won't eat, losing weight. Is it blind?

Pet's info: Reptile | Gecko | Male | unneutered

I recently purchased a leopard gecko, he is albino. He has not been eating and at first I thought it was the stress of moving into a new cage, but I think he is blind and he will not eat. He is noticeably losing small amounts of weight and he is by my best guess only a couple weeks old. I have tried crickets and meal worms in his tank (the crickets only for a short period of time because they can bite) and I also tried to hand feed him meal worms.

Thanks for reaching out about Casper. Intestinal parasites are a common finding in newly acquired geckos. A veterinary examination should be scheduled as different parasites require different treatments. For now you can try syringe feeding a meat flavored baby food. Good luck.
