My pregnant dog has green discharge, long labor, and hard breathing?

My female dog is gestant and she has contractions for better than 4 hours and she also eliminated some sort of green liquid.She is hard breathing.Pls answer as soon as possible!!!! Pet's info: Dog | Bichon Frise | Female | unspayed | 8 years old
