How to know if my dog is a Shih Tzu and Jack Russell Terrier mix?

I was told that his mom was a shitzu and his father was a jack Russel terrier do you agree with this ? If not please explained thank you very much for your time

Romeo is a cutie!!! Certainly I believe those breeds could be present. There are ways available now to find out what breeds are found in his background. The product I recommend is the Wisdom Panel.
