Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I recommend getting Zeke to the vet IMMEDIATELY to attempt to get Zeke to vomit up the tampons. Tampons very regularly cause blockages of the gut as they grow as they absorb water. The drug that your vet will use likely will be something called 'apomorphine' and this works much much better at making dogs vomit than other methods, and is much safer. Please get Zeke to a vet right away. The longer you wait the longer the risk that the tampons will leave the stomach and go into the intestines where they will get stuck, and at that point surgery is your only option. Best of luck with Zeke!
