Why does my young puppy need to potty so often, especially at night?

My dog not doing potty at her time...she is doing potty at different times and in night after eating food she goes for potty .but in night at 3 0 clock she do potty again...and at morning 6 o clock also she do potty.. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Labrador | Female | 3 months and 3 days old | 8 lbs

At 3 months old, she's still in the middle of the house training process and it's normal for her to have multiple bowel movements a day. Keep working on the house training and being consistent. Using a crate at night could help her hold if through the night, but she may also need you to set an alarm and take her out for another month or two.
