Why does my young puppy need to potty so often, especially at night?

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Labrador | Female | 3 months and 3 days old | 8 lbs

My dog not doing potty at her time...she is doing potty at different times and in night after eating food she goes for potty .but in night at 3 0 clock she do potty again...and at morning 6 o clock also she do potty..

At 3 months old, she's still in the middle of the house training process and it's normal for her to have multiple bowel movements a day. Keep working on the house training and being consistent. Using a crate at night could help her hold if through the night, but she may also need you to set an alarm and take her out for another month or two.
