Why does my chihuahua pee a lot, smell strong, and have itchy ears?

I have a tiny chihuahua mix. He weights around 2-4lbs. I have only had him a few months and we think he is 2-3 years old. Lately he has been peeing a lot and his pee smells strong. He also licks himself down there a lot. And his ears itch him and if I am too rough with his ears he cries. He is very skinny but I think slowly gaining weight but he has some baldness idk why. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 3 lbs

Peanut could have a UTI or bladder stones causing him to urinate a lot and lick his penis. It also sounds like he has an ear infection. You will need to take him into the vet first thing the morning for both these problems so he can be treated. Best of luck.
