My cat had a bloody mucus discharge either from her anal or vaginal area...left it on several spots on the carpet but can’t tell which area it’s coming from.

Hi, since Grimmy was neutered, it is likely that this mucous is coming from her anus. The drops in the in the second picture look like diarrhoea to me. I think it is better to have Grimmy checked over. In the meantime, you can feed her a bland diet of plain chicken or fish and rice. Hope this helps !
