My dog has a fleshy growth between nose and mouth. Should I worry?

Help! My dog developed this thing between her nose and mouth? Its fleshy and happend overnight yesterday, it has been getting bigger throughout the day, should I worry? Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | unspayed | 9 months and 20 days old | 4 lbs

This is not an emergency but I would have your veterinarian look at it tomorrow. With the pictures it is hard to say what it is and does need to be evaluated in person.
