My dog's mycosis spread to eyes. Topical treatment failed. What now?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 11 years and 11 months old | 33 lbs

Hello there this dog has mycosis and l think it has spread to her eyes. Topical treatment prescribed by the vet dont seem to work. so what would you suggest?

It would depend on what type of mycosis Wendy has - there are many types of fungal infections that could affect the nose and some could spread to the eyes as well in which case oral medications might be necessary. Mycosis fungoides is a type of skin cancer, but I would think that oral chemotherapy would have been recommended if that was the original diagnosis. I would recommend rechecking with your veterinarian to see if they think the eye changes are related and what medications they would recommend.
