My puppy's diarrhea came back after reintroducing food. Help!

Question

My 10 week old rottweiler puppy has dihereah i have given him white rice for 3 days 3 times a day and it cleared up then i reintroduced a little food with the rice and he has it again. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 9 days old | 16 lbs

This could be due to an infection of the gastrointestinal system. Unfortunately Rottweilers are particularly predisposed to those so an immediate check up would be ideal as antibiotics may be needed.
