My dog keeps vomiting rawhide and won't eat. Is he okay?

Question

Vomited at 3:30am today producing some treats and portions of a rawhide he had around 7:00pm. Refused breakfast but would take treats. At 9:30am gave buffered aspirin in braunswager for joint pain. Vomited again at 4pm and 7:30pm producing bile and half digested treats. Refused dinner. He is indoors & we have not changed food, treats, or schedule. No other changes we can think of. He is very food motivated and never misses a meal which is concerning. What can we do for him? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 11 years and 1 month old | 68 lbs

Rawhides can get stuck in the stomach and GI tract, and that could be the cause of Duke's vomiting. Given that he has vomited a couple of times today and isn't eating, I would take him into a vet immediately. He should be checked out right away. Best of luck.
