Why is my dog leaking urine two weeks after surgery? Is it normal?

Was neutered and had abdominal surgery for internal bleeding and removal of bladder stones all in same day-ever since has been leaking urine-is on antibiotics. Is this normal and should it subside? It’s been 2 weeks since the surgery. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Male | unneutered | 7 years and 11 months old

It isn't normal for a pet to leak this long post surgery, so there was likely a complication during the surgery. I would inform your vet about the symptoms and see if this can be resolved with medication (i.e. Prazosin) first and go from there. Hopefully this can be resolved and doesn't indicate a permanent issue for Hades. I wish you all the best moving forward. Take care!
