My dog's spay: Can she chew bones before surgery or is it eating?

Peanut is getting spay tomorrow morning and she has to stop eating in 10 min, can she keep her bones or it's considered as eating? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Female | spayed | 8 months and 12 days old | 4 lbs
