My hedgehog's belly is swollen and bleeding. Should I go to the vet?

My hedgehog belly/butt is swollen and bleeding a little. He got worse over night. I'm worried sick. The picture with my hand was taken just now and the other was from yesterday morning. He only ate half of his food and has not been drinking his water. My mom got him white chicken with tuna instead of chicken with beef which may not be imported. Hes not active at night anymore. Also he is 3. Hes feet look bad as well. Do you know what wrong with him? Should I take him to the vet? Pet's info: Exotic | Unknown - Exotic | Male | 2 lbs

Thanks for reaching out about Taz. Sorry but not photos were included. It sure seems like a veterinary visit is needed, sooner than later. A swollen back end including blood is worrisome, and sign that he is quiet and eating less, is even more serious. You should see a veterinarian tomorrow. Good luck.
