My dog has had this scab on his leg for a while, he had fleas a while back but went away and now he has a scab he used to always bite that spot when he would get itchy, but now he's left with a scab and i peeled it off today because it was coming off and now it's pink what do you think I should do? And what do you think it is?

It looks like it was healing under the scab, however I am a little concerned about the area on the leg where this lesion is. THis is very close to the knee joint, which may mean that your dog had pain in this area and therefore was gnawing on it. I recommend you have this examined by your veterinarian a there may be a problem with his knee joint.
