My dog has green mushy poop, mucus, and vomiting. What can I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 years old | 3 lbs

My little dog is 3 years old and has always wanted to eat everything and has had a bit of a weak stomach she acts normal for the most part but she has had mushy poo thats a deep green or pail brown coler and has has mucas around it along with vomiting white foamy stuff or yellow stomach bile we cant afford to take her to vet but are very concerned for her safety can u help

I'm sorry to hear that Stinky isn't feeling well. I can't tell if the soft stool are vomiting are common for her or a new thing. If long term (more than a month), it could be caused by intestinal parasites, food intolerance or allergy, or less likely an endocrine issue. If it's a sudden change, she could have caused an acute entrogastritis by eating something different/bad, could have an infection, or many other causes. If she's eating well and energetic, it's not generally an emergency and you can wait to see if she gets better with time. A daily probiotic can help (anything you find at a store is fine, or you can buy Fortiflora on Amazon). If the vomiting has been going on for more than a few days, or is frequent (more than a couple times a day) I would recommend a vet visit when possible
