Hi!! I was going to have a bath and I put some shower gel inside the bath tub without water. My cat jumped on it and he got dirty with the shower gel. I tried to rinse him but he didn't like it (of course!). I struggled a bit and I managed to rinse him a bit (not perfectly). He's now started leaking himself ... If he ingested some of the shower gel, would he be ok? I'm scared and anxious! Is shower gel toxic for cats? Please doc, I need your help! I'm looking forward to hearing from you!!

Try to wrap him in a towel (so he cannot scratch you) and then rinse his feet. He will hate you today. But he will love you again after a while. It would be better if he did not ingest the shower gel.
