My anxious dog needs a new home due to moving. What are my options?

coming to a hopeless end on my dog’s traumatic anxious behavior around other animals because she was bit by one at 4 months old. i’m moving over the summer closer to college and where i’m staying doesn’t allow dogs. what should i do with my pet? i hate to abandon her, but i have to do what’s best.

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Panda. If you do not have a friend or family member that can care for her, then I would consider finding a rescue group to rehome her. There are many available in most regions of the country. They should work on her anxiety issues and help to find her an ideal home. They will typically put an effort into her behavioral issues than a shelter can. I hope this information helps!
