Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | 4 months and 17 days old | 7 lbs
i have a dog yorkshire terrier, it's 4 month old, she is itching her Ear so much and after itching she rubbing her ear and shout so much and don't even give to touch her ear, what can i do right now i use so sensetive drop as per the doctor recommend me but it's now working.

I would recommend to call Mini's doctor and ask about a pain medication or an anti-inflammatory. Depending on the doctor's preference, for very inflamed ears, some pets will take a steroid such Prednisone and an additional pain reliever. Some dogs may also take an NSAID such as Rimadyl to control pain and inflammation. It definitely sounds like Mini needs something else in order to properly treat her infection.
