My cat died suddenly. Why did she fall, meow, then stop responding?

Hi I really need help my cat died this morning. She was normal laying on me and then she sat up fell backwards and started meowing then stopped responding her heart was beating fast and then slowly stopped. I just want some answers to what happened to my precious kitty please help. Pet's info: Cat | Russian White | Female | spayed | 2 years and 8 months old | 15 lbs

Hi, I am really sorry to hear this. It is difficult to understand what could have happened, I think maybe a blood clot ? As these can cause sudden death. However without having checked her over and without a full clinical history it is difficult to understand exactly what could have happened. Sending you lots of sympathy from the other side of the world.
