My dog's long heat cycle & low progesterone: Will she get pregnant?

Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Female | unspayed | 5 years and 4 months old | 28 lbs

Maiden bitch previously mated days 9/11 supposedly "missed" , next heat cycle 11mths, day14 from showing blood loss, prog test 1.32 nmol/L next prog test will be day19, cause for concern , is she likely to ovulate and produce a litter, she dies not "flag" but accepted the stud dog willingly??

Continue to monitor her progesterone levels every couple days. Ovulation occurs when the progesterone level reaches 5ng/ml. Evaluation of vaginal cytology will also help to determine the best time to breed her.
