My puppy's dew claw is bent and hurts when I touch it, what now?

My 10 month old puppy’s dew claw is 90 degrees out. Had little bleeding but now has stopped. Dog is not in pain, only if I touch it.

If your puppy yelps when you touch the claw, it is painful. Every time the claw hits something or touches something it will be painful. Please take your puppy to a Pet ER to have the claw examined and possibly clipped or removed and bandaged and for pain medicine.
