My dog ate a dead deer with fangs and green stuff. Is he okay?

I can't see the teeth very well from the photos. When I enlarge the photos they just get grainy. This appears to be a Muntjac deer which have both antlers and tusks so I would assume what you are seeing is normal. As for the green stuff, that is probably rumen contents. It is just plant material. It could make your dog a bit sick but it is not toxic.
