My cat has a scratch near her anus. What's the best home treatment?

Hi, my cat has a scratch on her anal area (don’t know how it occured but she was outside), what is the best way to treat?

Without a photo it is difficult to give much advice other than you should clean it with warm water and mild soap. Dry the area and apply a thin layer of antibiotic cream. Do this 2-3 times daily until healed. If after a couple days it is not improved or worse then you need to Molly to your vet for an exam.
