Hi, my cat has a scratch on her anal area (don’t know how it occured but she was outside), what is the best way to treat? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 1 year and 7 months old | 13 lbs

Without a photo it is difficult to give much advice other than you should clean it with warm water and mild soap. Dry the area and apply a thin layer of antibiotic cream. Do this 2-3 times daily until healed. If after a couple days it is not improved or worse then you need to Molly to your vet for an exam.
